尹盛,男,江蘇丹徒人。1976年3月生。工學博士,副研究員,博士研究生導師。2009年畢業于菠菜技术交流论坛無機化學專業,獲理學碩士。2012年畢業于菠菜技术交流论坛環境工程專業,獲工學博士學位。2017完成菠菜技术交流论坛動力工程及工程熱物理學科博士後研究工作。現主要從事于功能材料的制備及其在環境催化中的應用等研究工作。
