趙婷(1983-),女,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。2002年9月至2006年7月,湖南中醫藥大學藥學專業,獲得理學學士學位;2006年9月至2009年6月,菠菜技术交流论坛生藥學專業,醫學碩士學位;2010年9月至2013年6月,菠菜技术交流论坛食品科學與工程專業,工學博士學位。研究領域為天然有機化學和應用化學,主要從事天然活性成分的分離純化以及功能性食品和藥品的研究與開發工作。已在《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、 《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Chemstry Research Chinese Univisity》、《Food Research International》、《Food Chemistry》等國際權威期刊上發表SCI論文10餘篇。
