As we face a pandemic which has extended beyond our expectations within this year,our school actively responded to the Ministry of education's spirit of "no stop teaching, no stop studying" and actively prepared for online teaching. In order to create a high-quality online classroom for international students, improve teachers' English online teaching level, and exchange online teaching experience, on the evening of May 6, 2020, the school of chemistry and chemical engineering held an online open course of "material chemistry and Engineering", which was teached by Mr. Liang Xu. The leaders of the Institute of chemical engineering and all the foreign students' teachers attended the online open course.
本次公開課程從二氧化碳濃度對于海水酸度影響講起，探讨了材料科學的微觀化。進一步，梁旭老師針對納米材料的合成、性質及功能化應用展開深入講解。講課過程中，梁旭老師将部分先進的科學研究成果引入課堂，讓本科生提前介入科學研究的認知與學習，激發了學生的興趣。本課程采用騰訊會議直播，分享PPT方式進行授課。該在線課程主要教學特色為：課程講解在線互動答題、課間随機點名回答問題、圖文并茂的電子闆書詳解。整個教學過程師生互動突出、在線軟件運用熟練、講解語言生動、重點明确、難點分析透徹。課堂氣氛活躍，效果良好。
This open course starts with the effect of carbon dioxide concentration on seawater acidity, and discusses the micromation of material science. Furthermore, Mr. Liang Xu explained the synthesis, properties and functional applications of nanomaterials. During the lecture, Mr. Liang Xu introduced some advanced scientific research results into the classroom, so that students could get involved in the cognition and learning of scientific research in advance, which stimulated students' interest. This course adopts Tencent conference live broadcast and sharing ppt. The main teaching features of the online course are: online interactive answer, random roll call and answer questions during class, and detailed explanation of electronic blackboard with pictures and texts. In the whole teaching process, the interaction between teachers and students is outstanding, the online software is skillful, the explanation language is vivid, the key points are clear, and the difficulty analysis is thorough. The classroom atmosphere is active and the effect is good.
本次公開課為學院留學生授課教師提供了一次寶貴的觀摩相互學習的機會，同時各位老師特别是青年教師受益頗多，取得了良好的預期效果。（菠菜技术交流论坛）
